WE AS A COMMUNITY VALUE THE GOSPEL MESSAGE WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO

assist members of the school community in acquiring
a deeper knowledge and love of God
through raising their awareness of God’s
plan of salvation in their lives
by helping them to respond in freedom to the Gospel message and
by providing faith experiences though Eucharistic worship, prayer,
Sacraments and service to others

foster religious values and their expression in daily
life.
·
encourage a love for Mary, the Mother of God and a recognition
of her role in the life of the Church.
·
teach the children daily, through Religious Education
lessons, more about the Catholic Church’s teachings and traditions.

offer a comprehensive and relevant range of learning experiences
based upon curriculum guidelines from the WA Ministry of Education.

integrate faith and life in the different fields of human knowledge
and the practice of Christian values

foster effective communication skills.

cultivate a positive attitude to learning and independent study
skills
·
encourage creativity and an appreciation of music and the arts
·
create a thirst for knowledge
·
design programs for the less gifted and more able students based
on individual needs

develop skills of independent thinking.
